Self-hypnosis,
in your own words.

Most hypnosis recordings were written for everyone, which means they were written for no one. LuminVoice has a short conversation with you first, then writes a session out of the things you actually said, and reads it back to you in the dark.

  • Your first session is free. No account, no card
  • Built for 21 nights of listening, not a library to browse
  • Not therapy, and it says so before it takes your money

The difference

One of these knows something about you.

Both are hypnotic suggestion. Only one of them survives contact with a real Tuesday night.

A recording made for everyone
  • You are calm.
  • You are confident.
  • You believe in yourself.

Nothing here is false. Nothing here is yours either, so there is nothing to hold on to at 11pm.

A session made from your intake
  • You walk to the front of the room on Thursday.
  • The room goes quiet, and the quiet belongs to you.
  • You say the first sentence exactly as you practised it.

Every specific in it came out of your own mouth twenty minutes earlier.

How it works

It asks, then it writes.

Six to ten questions, one session, and then the part that actually does the work: doing it again tomorrow.

01Talk it through

A few warm, unhurried questions: what you want to change, what has been stopping you, who you would have to be for it to feel easy. Six to ten turns, not an interrogation. It finds the specific thing, not the vague one.

02Hear it back

LuminVoice writes a session around the things you actually said and reads it in a voice chosen for how it sounds at low volume in a dark room. Your phrasing survives the trip, including the words you would never find in a stock recording.

03Then again tomorrow

Background playback and lock-screen controls, so you can run it with your eyes shut: to fall asleep, to nap on, or to wake up to. Then you do it again the next day. That part is not a detail; it is the whole method.

23:22New session
What would you like to be different a month from now?
I freeze when I have to present to the whole team.
When it goes well, what happens right after?
I get through it without my voice going. People ask questions.
And where does it usually go wrong?
The room goes quiet and I start filling the silence.
Captured
  • Goalsteady through Thursday’s team presentation
  • Blocker fills the silence when the room goes quiet
  • Their words“without my voice going”
One session, three uses

Made once. Played whenever you need it.

Your session is your own words. The same recording plays you to sleep, holds a nap, or wakes you in the morning. You pick the moment when you press play.

To fall asleep

Your lines settle into a slow loop and thin toward silence as you drift off. Nothing counts you back up. The voice just fades and leaves you there.

To nap on

Rest for twenty minutes and come back. A gentle count brings you up at the end, and an alarm rings a moment after, so a nap stays a nap.

To wake up to

Set a time, and the day starts in your own words instead of a buzzer. A rising lead-in meets you asleep and brings you up slowly, not with a jolt.

Why specific

Real change is identity, not motivation.

People rarely change because they were told to. They change when the story they tell themselves starts to include the new thing, and a story needs details to be believable.

You cannot dismiss your own detail

“You are confident” invites an argument, and you will win it. “You say the first sentence exactly as you practised it” does not. You said it, you meant it, and you have nothing to push back against.

The blocker is the part that matters

Most goals have one honest obstacle behind them, and it is rarely the one on the surface. The intake is built to go looking for it, because a session that never names it is just pleasant noise.

Repetition needs something worth repeating

Twenty-one nights is a long time to listen to a stranger describing a beach. It is not a long time to listen to your own plan, in the words you used, said back to you calmly.

The habit

Built for the fourteenth night, not the first.

Repetition is the mechanism. Everything below exists to make tomorrow night easier than tonight was.

Made for the dark

Deep, quiet visuals and a player you can operate without looking, whether it is thinning out toward sleep or waking you in the morning.

Pacing that lengthens the silence

Slow it down and the pauses between lines grow. The voice never turns into a drawl.

One reminder, at your bedtime

Not a notification strategy. One nudge, at the hour you said, on the nights you have not listened.

A streak that counts nights

Not sessions made, not minutes banked. Nights you showed up, which is the only number that means anything.

Three new sessions a month. On purpose.

We could sell you unlimited generation and it would be worse for you. Hypnosis works through repetition on one goal. A user making ten sessions a month is collecting, not practising. Listening stays unlimited, forever, to everything you have made.

Pricing

One plan, because there is one product.

No tiers to compare, no feature held back to make a better one look better. You get the whole app.

LuminVoice is not on the App Store yet. Leave your email and a person will write to you when there is a build worth your evening. The address is used for that one thing, and one reply deletes it.

What it isn't

We would rather lose you here than at the till.

Every app in this category is vague about this. Being specific costs us some installs and is worth it.

This is not therapy

LuminVoice is a self-improvement and relaxation tool. It does not treat, cure or diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are looking for treatment, we are the wrong product and we would rather say so here than take your money first.

It will decline some sessions

If the conversation reaches self-harm, disordered eating, active trauma, substance dependence or a diagnosed condition, the intake stops and points you towards a qualified human instead of generating audio. That path is deliberate and it is not negotiable.

Never while driving

A hypnosis session is designed to take your attention somewhere else. Not in a car, not near machinery. The app asks you to acknowledge this before it will play anything the first time.

The most convincing voice you will hear tonight
is the one using your own words.
