Privacy Policy

LuminVoice is made by Uno Arch LLC. The short version: we collect as little as possible, there are no accounts, we don’t track you, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• What you type in the intake chat.We send it to our AI providers to write your session. That’s the only personal thing the app handles.
• Your generated session (the script and audio), stored on our servers so you can download it.
• Basic server logs (IP, time, request) kept about 30 days for security.

What we don’t collect

No name, email, or password. No accounts. No ads or tracking. No health data, no microphone access. The app never records you. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; we never see your card details. Your saved sessions, streak, and settings stay on your device.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the app: Google (writes your session), ElevenLabs (turns it into speech), Hetzner (our servers), and Apple (subscriptions). Some of them process data in the US. We don’t share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Deleting your data

Delete the app and everything on your device goes with it. To remove anything on our servers, email [email protected].

LuminVoice is a relaxation tool, not a medical service, and what you tell it isn’t treated as medical records. Please don’t type anything you wouldn’t want processed by the services above. We may update this page and will change the date at the top.
