Privacy

LuminVoice writes you a night session from your own words. To do that we keep what you tell us. Here is what, why, and who helps us. We never sell your data and never use it for ads.

What we keep

• Your name and e-mail, so you can sign in.
• What you tell Lumi: your first conversation and your talks in the app, and the portrait written from them.
• Your sessions, and how you listen to them: which nights, and for how long.
• Your sleep and wake times, time zone, voice and settings.
• Things you note that went your way.
• Your membership status. Stripe handles your card; we never see the card number.
• If you allow reminders, the address your device gives us to send them.

Why

To write and read your sessions, to let Lumi know you, to run your membership, to send the reminders you allow, and to keep the service working and safe.

Lumi is an AI

Lumi and your sessions are written by AI from what you tell us. Lumi is not a person, and LuminVoice is not medical or psychological care.

Who helps us

• Google (Gemini) writes Lumi's words and your sessions from what you tell us.
• ElevenLabs reads your sessions aloud.
• Stripe takes payments.
• Amazon Web Services sends our e-mails.
• Hetzner hosts our servers in the EU.
• Google signs you in, if you choose to sign in with Google.

They only get what they need for their part.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. One more counts visits to our own pages, so we can see what people read: a random number, nothing about you, never shared. No ad trackers.

How long, and deleting it

We keep your data while you have an account. You can delete everything at any time in Settings: it is gone at once. You can also write to us to see, correct or delete what we keep.

Who can use LuminVoice

You need to be at least 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we tell you in the app or by e-mail first.
