By using LuminVoice (made by Uno Arch LLC) you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the app. Apple’s standard App Store terms also apply.

This isn’t medical care

LuminVoice is a self-improvement and relaxation tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure anything, and it is not a substitute for professional help. If you’re dealing with a mental-health condition, trauma, or thoughts of harming yourself, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis line in your country.

Stay safe

Never listen while driving or doing anything that needs your attention. Sessions are made to relax you deeply and may send you to sleep. If you have epilepsy or any concern about hypnosis or deep relaxation, talk to your doctor first.

Sessions are written by AI

Your session is generated automatically from what you tell it, and no human reviews itbefore you hear it. It might occasionally be awkward or not what you meant. The app declines certain sensitive topics and points you to help instead, but that safeguard isn’t perfect. If anything concerns you, stop and email us.

Use at your own risk

We can’t promise any particular result. Whether it helps is up to you. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss, or for any decision you make based on a session, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us. Some places don’t allow certain limits, and nothing here removes rights you already have by law.

Subscriptions

LuminVoice Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions. We can’t do it for you. Refunds are handled by Apple. Pro includes up to 3 new sessions a month plus unlimited listening to ones you’ve made; unused sessions don’t roll over.

Your content and ours

You keep what you write; you just let us use it to make your session. Your session audio is yours to listen to personally. Please don’t resell or republish it. The app and its software are ours. Don’t reverse-engineer it, hammer our servers, or use it to build a competitor.

Changes

We may update these terms and will flag material changes in the app. You can stop anytime by deleting the app and cancelling through Apple. Questions? [email protected].
