These are the rules for using LuminVoice. By using it you agree to them.

What LuminVoice is

Audio sessions written from your own words, to listen to as you fall asleep, and Lumi, an AI you can talk to about who you are becoming. It is for everyday change and rest. It is not medical or psychological treatment and does not replace professional care. If you are not safe, contact a person you trust or your local emergency number. Never listen while driving or doing anything that needs your attention.

Your account

You need to be at least 18. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Membership

• Your first seven nights are free. The membership starts on your seventh night, or 14 days after you start at the latest.
• Then it is $14.99 a month or $99 a year, and it renews until you cancel. We remind you before the first charge.
• You can cancel any time in Membership. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for.
• If something went wrong with a payment, write to us and we will sort it out.
• Without a membership you can keep the free room: a session made for everyone.

Your words

What you tell us stays yours. You let us use it to write your sessions and to let Lumi know you. Your sessions are for your own personal use.

Fair use

Do not misuse LuminVoice: no attempts to break it, overload it, copy it, resell it, or use it to harm anyone. We may limit or close an account that does.

AI

Lumi and your sessions are written by AI. They can sometimes get things wrong. Use your own judgement.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep LuminVoice running and safe, but we cannot promise it is always available or without errors. As far as the law allows, our responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and tell you first if a change matters. You can stop using LuminVoice and delete your account at any time. Danish law applies.
